Consultations

Following a consultation, Solvera may recommend additional advisory services or provide a separate engagement proposal where appropriate.
Solvera reserves the right to accept or decline engagements at its sole discretion.
Payment Terms
Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments made through our website are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including Xendit and Maya. Solvera does not collect or store your complete payment card or banking information.
Your consultation is confirmed only after successful payment has been received.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Where at least 24 hours’ notice has been provided, clients may reschedule their consultation an unlimited number of times within the same calendar year, subject to advisor availability.
Unused consultation credits expire at 11:59 PM (Philippine Time) on 31 December of the calendar year in which payment was made. Expired consultation credits are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash.
Requests to cancel or reschedule received less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including text, graphics, branding, logos, icons, documents, designs, downloadable materials, and other content—is the exclusive property of Solvera and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without Solvera’s prior written consent.
